This may be hard to believe, but Inside Out will not be the only Pixar movie that will be tugging at your heart strings in 2015. For the first time, Disney and Pixar will be releasing two films in the same year and the second film, The Good Dinosaur, will be in theaters this Thanksgiving. A new international trailer for the film was just released, and it proves that there will be so many tears, you will need to worry about dehydration.
It doesn’t help that adding a song from Of Monster And Men seems to always get me set to tear up no matter what a trailer might show. On a less personal note, though, the film looks to be right on track with just about every Pixar movie we have seen before. Adorable art, emotional moments, great bits of comedy, touching relationships, and adventure are all on display here. Plus, we already know that the story of a child separated from his family just works for Disney.
Unlike the previous trailer, this one sets up a story line that involves Arlo, the little Apatosaurus, being swept away to a new land after an accident lands him in a raging river. The trailer also uses a bit of dialogue from the film to give us a peek at voice work from young Raymond Ochoa as Arlo and Sam Elliot as a ferocious T. rex.
The Good Dinosaur will be in theaters November 25th, so be sure to check it out if all of the holiday shopping is not enough to make you cry already. Also, be sure to let us know what you think of the new trailer in the comments below.
