If you love sci-fi, fantasy, and superheroes, June is going to be an amazing month on Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. The Lord of the Rings trilogy is streaming again and the mind-bending The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus is not to be missed. More impressively, both Thor: Ragnarok and Star Wars: The Last Jedi are set to make their streaming premiere within six months of their theatrical releases. And that’s just the beginning of what June has to offer. Before we run down the complete lineup, here are some of the highlights from the month to come.

Babylon 5

Long before shows like Farscape, Battlestar Galactica, and The Expanse embraced serialized sci-fi stories, J. Michael Straczynski’s Babylon 5 carved out a unique place for itself outside of Star Trek and the rest of the early ’90s space operas. Straczynski envisioned the series as a novel for television that unfolded over the course of five seasons, and he wrote the vast majority of the show by himself. Babylon 5 has been overlooked for the last few years, but on June 1, Amazon Prime subscribers will be able to revisit this show from start to finish. Fans may also notice that there are a lot of LOTR references in this series, and it’s still one of the all-time greats.

Thor: Ragnarok

Revengers Reassemble! Director Taika Waititi’s Thor: Ragnarok is easily the most comedic film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date. It’s also one of our favorites, thanks to some truly inspired humor and a rejuvenated performance by Chris Hemsworth as Thor. It closes out the Thor trilogy on a high note and there are even some small connections to Avengers: Infinity War. Netflix is bringing it home on June 5, and we’re already looking forward to revisiting it.

Sense8: The Series Finale

J. Michael Straczynski and the Wachowskis’ Sense8 was one of the few Netflix series that came to an end far too soon. Fortunately, Netflix is making up for that by allowing the creative team to make a true series finale. On June 8, fans will say goodbye to the cluster and give the show a proper sendoff.

Luke Cage

He may not be in Infinity War, but Luke Cage is heading back to Harlem for a second season on Netflix, starting on June 22. It’s been nearly two years since the first season of Luke Cage, but the title character is once again a free man and ready to pursue a new path. Mike Colter’s Luke is also going to be reunited with Iron Fist (Finn Jones), so we may see some Heroes for Hire action this season. We also know that Luke will be challenged by a new threat and a few old enemies as well.

Rick and Morty: Season 3

Get ready for Pickle Rick! The third season of Adult Swim’s hilariously insane Rick and Morty is coming to Hulu on June 23.  You’ll soon be able to see the origin of the Szechuan sauce craze, Morty’s mind-blowers, and of course, Pickle Rick. But you’d better savor these episodes while you can. Rick and Morty has been renewed, but it’s anyone’s guess when new episodes will arrive.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Finally, on June 26, Netflix is dropping the streaming debut of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Reactions to director Rian Johnson’s film has been somewhat mixed, but it was still a blockbuster at the box office. We also loved the surprises that Johnson threw in along the way, as he subverted the expectations created by The Force Awakens. Now that The Last Jedi is coming to Netflix, the film’s defenders and detractors will both be able to reexamine it at their leisure.
