I think I am more disappointed about the choice for Gambit than Batman….Just another reason for the Xmen movies to make me sad. 🙁
Oh snap? More like Sack o Crap….Seriously though, suit looks great, and Afflec looks ok in this one still photo, but as soon as he opens his mouth, all bets are off.
I was initially shocked/bemused at the Affleck casting until I looked at some comparative comic imagery & realised that aesthetically he’s well cast, so now it just comes down to script/directing as to whether this will work (but, if I’m honest, I wasn’t actually a fan of Christian Bale so this change may actually work for me).
As to the suit, I’m with Jess – def OTT in the muscle department. Makes him look chunky rather than buff. I’m pretty sure moving in that would actually be very difficult which would surely make chasing (or running from) bad guys challenging….

The Batsuit looks pretty good, all things considered. She’s right about the muscles, though. Looks a little ridiculous. I was already disappointed in Cavil as Supes, so I guess we’ll continue that trend with Affleck.
Love it! I feel much better about Affleck taking the role. Zach has this one.
I will be the first to say I wasn’t thrilled with Ben as batman….in this pic he looks pretty good if they are going for Frank Miller’s Dark Knight feel.
Nice suit, it just needs an actor that is cast to type. Give us a Bruce Wayne not a Fred O’Bannion.
