The actual proposal is a little underwhelming, but the Star Trek surprise makes it downright creepy…or amazing, depending on where you fall on the Trekkie/Trekker scale.

It would’ve been better if he would’ve said “apple juice”.
why am i crying? this just hit me in such an awesome place it’s insane!
That was a pleasant surprise! 🙂 The first thing I thought of, however, was Patrick Stewart as King Richard in “Robin Hood: Men In Tights” when he said: “…because I have not yet kissed the bride. It’s a tradition, and my royal right…”
If my boyfriend ever proposes and he’s that crazy, it might be in front of James Earl Jones. XD
Awesome Nerdness!
I was kind of expecting the guy to yell “Qapla’!” when she said yes. However, the Patrick Stewart reveal was even better.
This reminds me of a proposal I saw where two Halo Cosplayers reenacted a RvB scene and then the guy playing Tucker took off his helmet and proposed.
Maybe Patrick Stewart could also preform the ceremony. He is a Captian after all.
That’s absolutely fantastic
Trekkie or not, I want Patrick Stewart presiding over any proposals I make, be they business or personal.
Wow, that was a mad M. Night Shyamalan twist right there. I was expecting so many random things to happen and with just a turn of the camera, the greatest awkward twist ever. I wonder how many times Patrick Stewart’s been in that situation. I’m guessing the guy was an ensign in order for him to get Stewarts approval.
Wow. That might be the one thing that would encourage me to get married.
Why wouldn’t you try to get Patrick Stewart to do it for you instead of being weird and doing it in front of his signing table?
Oh Patrick Stewart you’re so awesome!
