This year boasts more than just an unprecedentedly large reunion of renowned UK comedy troupe Monty Python. It might very well be a full-force comeback. The sold out run of live shows at London’s O2 Arena are going to be streaming in theaters in America and air on the Sundance Channel. On top of that, members of Monty Python play a crew of aliens in the upcoming Simon Pegg film, Absolutely Anything. Now, in addition to all of that, Monty Python has just made a video game. One of their most famous sketches, “The Ministry of Silly Walks” has been adapted to be a playable side-scrolling game featuring all of your silly favorite walks through the streets of London.

Before you get too skeptical that your comedy nerd nostalgia has been appropriated for profit, take a legitimate look at Monty Python’s The Ministry of Silly Walks: The Game. You play John Cleese, a head official at the aforementioned Ministry of Silly Walks, and try to make it across varied sidewalks throughout London town. Of course, there are plenty of obstacles in your way, including construction, pesky pigeons, and coins(?), all throughout your morning walk. Given the intricacy of your silly walk, any obstruction that you walk into will indeed hurt you. There’s a gameplay trailer if you’re somehow still in doubt how great this might be.

Right now, Monty Python’s The Ministry of Silly Walks: The Game is available at the iTunes App Store and Google play for Android. Honestly, given the history and average premise of side-scrolling games, it’s kind of shocking that it took this long for there to be a Silly Walks game!
