thanks Nick, the first 3 albums are all on Itunes as well if you feel the urge to check them out and of course we have a facebook page with some old stuff and links
YES! Turtle Moon! You guys were like the first indie band I ever listened to. I don’t live in Omaha any more, but I’m glad to hear you still play. I’m going to have to dig around and see if I still have your CD stashed somewhere. All the best to you. And no worries, it was still a good episode!
I sent in the snacks and threw in a copy of an old CD from the 90’s that we had since they also asked for bands to send in music. We still play locally a few times a year when we find the time.
I should apologize, or maybe they just didn’t like the idea, but I am the one who sent it in and at the bottom of the box, underneath the ho ho’s and a layer of packaging was also a box of Little Debbie Swiss Rolls – hoping to instigate a taste test of similar products and see where the conversation led. Not sure if they just didn’t explore that far or decided to just do Ho Ho’s.

That is actually my band as well – Turtle Moon.

Anyone know who is the band that plays during the break? They sounded like a band from Omaha I used to listen to in high school 15+ years ago.
Any snack cake made with beef fat is wrong. Hostess is a bunch of incorrect dicks.

While I’m not a snackologist, I am a hoho expert. You have to get the Swiss roll ones because the hostess ones are incorrect.
