Marvel’s AGENT CARTER Goes Hollywood in First Season 2 Trailer

In under two months, Marvel’s Agent Carter will be back on ABC for a second season of ten episodes. This time, Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) will be moving out to Hollywood for her next adventure.

Agent Carter Season 2 will pick up roughly six months after the first season finale, with Chad Michael Murray’s Jack Thompson as the new head of SSR’s New York branch. You may recall that Jack essentially took credit for Peggy’s heroics in the first season finale. But she knows her worth, and so do we!

Also returning for the second season are James D’Arcy as Edwin Jarvis, and Enver Gjokaj as Daniel Sousa, who will be in charge of SSR Los Angeles. There’s no word yet on whether Lyndsy Fonseca will be back as Angie, but Dominic Cooper will guest star as Howard Stark and Bridget Regan’s proto Black Widow, Dottie Underwood will also reappear.

The storyline for Agent Carter’s new season is still largely under wraps, but we know that Reggie Austin is playing Jason Wilkes, Peggy’s new love interest; and Wynn Everett will portray Whitney Frost, a character that Marvel fans know better as the villainess Madame Masque. Veronica Mars fan favorite Ken Marino will portray mafia leader Joseph Manfredi, with Kurtwood Smith as Vernon Masters, and Outlander’s Lotte Verbeek as Ana, the previously mentioned but not seen Mrs. Jarvis.

ABC has released the first teaser trailer for Agent Carter Season 2, which offers very little in the way of spoilers. But we do get to see Peggy play off of Jason and he seems very timid compared to Agent Carter!

Agent Carter will get a two-hour season premiere on January 5, 2016 on ABC.
