Magic of Easter No Match for the Power of a Hydraulic Press

Cute bunnies, bright pastels, spring warmth, blooming flowers, chocolate eggs–yes it is Easter weekend. Of course there’s no better way to celebrate the season and the holy day than by taking a bunch of the items most closely associated with the holiday and crushing them under a hydraulic press.

Our new favorite YouTube account, the Hydraulic Press Channel, is back with a new video, and this time it’s a smorgasborg of Easter items going under the press, with a wicker basket full of eggs and flowers, a chocolate bunny, and a “chocolate egg with surprise” all being flattened into oblivion.

Honestly, why is this so damn funny? That chocolate bunny being completely liquefied just killed me. Also, I don’t know what the “surprise” inside the chocolate egg was, but how in the world can he even guess it was a model plane? I would believe it was almost anything after seeing what the hydraulic press can do.

It also appears he used a much broader press this time than he has in the past, which made me even more nervous when he stopped it to readjust the bunny. Please be careful, guy with the awesome accent and even more awesome hydraulic press.

(Oh, and in case you are wondering, the music they use for these videos is “Thor’s Hammer” by Ethan Meixell. Yeah, “Thor’s Hammer” is exactly the song title I want playing when destroying stuff for no reason.)

They are always looking for new ideas about what to crush next, so tell us yours in the comments below.
