Yazmin is an internationally touring spoken word poet, actress and activist.Yazmin is highly involved with Black Lives Matter. Black Lives Matter-Los Angeles is planning a Youth Activist Camp, 6/12-6/16 from 10am-4pm. In addition to learning strategies for organizing, social justice campaigns, and direct action tactics, the camp will focus on community building, skills-sharing, critical literacy, public speaking, and techniques for developing a healthy collective and self-care practices.
