Kate McKinnon, Emma Stone, and Jillian Bell to Star in Comedy WOMEN IN BUSINESS

If you’re looking to really do your comedy script justice, you have to go out and find the right people for the job. If you’re lucky enough to get some of the funniest people acting in Hollywood today, you might just have a hit on your hands. Emma Stone, Kate McKinnon, and Jillian Bell are the kind of people we’re talking about.

Reports say the three are set to star in the new comedy Women in Business, about two businesswomen who hire an intern off of Craigslist to help them on a business trip to Canada. Unfortunately for them, the intern doesn’t work out as planned.

We came across this great bit of casting news at The Playlist, and it sounds like we aren’t the only ones that see this has winner written all over it. Several studios were bidding for the rights, with 20th Century Fox coming out on top.

There’s no report yet who will play the intern, but I’m putting my money on Jillian Bell, one of my favorite comedic actors today; she isn’t as famous as the other two, but she’s on her way there. Besides, after being the (kinda) responsible one on the job all those years on Workaholics, she deserves to be the one screwing everything up.

The movie was written by Laura Steinel, who has written for the television series Red Oaks, and will be directed by Jake Szymanski, whose comedy Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates opens this summer on July 8.

Which other of our funniest women in Hollywood would you like to see end up with roles in the film? We mean business with these questions, so tell us in the comments below.
