Japan Wins the Internet with this Velociraptor Prank

For every 76,000 fail compilations of people getting kicked in the balls, scared by people hiding behind doors, and dorm rooms covered in post-it notes clogging up YouTube, there’s a diamond in the prank-filled rough. Today, Japan unveiled the Internet prank video equivalent of the Hope Diamond in the form of this Jurassic joke. It’s a simple premise: what would you do if you thought you were being chased by a real life velociraptor? Easy: get the hell out of Dodge. Yet another reason why the world isn’t ready to realize John Hammond’s dream. And for those of you who are decrying the whole thing as being fake, you might be on to something like YouTube user LaStriata:

It doesn’t take a paleontologist to figure that out. What do you think? Let us know and share your favorite prank videos or stories in the comments below!

Magnificent goods from you, man. I’ve understand your stuff
previous to and you are just extremely magnificent.
I actually like what you have acquired here, certainly like what you are stating and
the way in which you say it. You make it entertaining and you still
take care of to keep it sensible. I can’t wait to read far more from you.

This is really a wonderful web site.

  2. Hello, after reading this amazing paragraph i am also
delighted to share my knowledge hefe with colleagues.

  3. Morticon says:

Uhh, pretty sure the YouTube user “LaStriata” was being sarcastic…they were bringing up the fake that it’s fake (DUH) because it didn’t have feathers, intentionally avoiding the fact that it’s obviously fake because dinosaurs no longer exist.

  4. D says:

Except it’s clearly a T-Rex based on how it looks and the roar they use. =/

  5. Ren says:

They did this in Jersey 2 years ago.

  6. Farkle says:

Kristoffer, Science IS on it, they have found Mammoth DNA as well as many other extinct species that they could hypothetically bring back to life through cloning, but of course there is alot of red tape with these sorts of things, I would love to see a zoo filled with exotic, previously extinct animals though.

  7. Kristoffer says:

Japan loves their dinosaurs, i am expecting a for real Jurassic Park sometime soon.

    Science get on it.

  8. CJ says:

Give it up for JAPAN for having more entertaining television then America! 🙂
