If you can’t get enough of Star Wars: The Force Awakens you’ll be happy to know you can look forward to deleted scenes when it gets released on DVD and Blu-ray, but if you thought you might get an extended version from J.J. Abrams, he says the movie is staying just the way it is.

According to IGN, at the TCA (Television Critics Association) press tour, the director said the version of The Force Awakens made available for your home will be the same as the one seen in theaters. “There will be deleted scenes, but not an extended version,” he said. So if you wanted a Director’s Cut, good news, you already got it!

He was also asked about the editing process, and the longest running time the movie clocked in at while it was being finished. Abrams said he wasn’t exactly sure, but that he thought the first cut came in at the longest time. Including the credits, he thought that version ran two hours and fifty minutes.

Considering The Force Awakens has a run time of two hours and sixteen minutes, that means there could be over thirty minutes of deleted scenes for us to obsess and argue over when we get to bring the movie home.

He also said he didn’t want to get into what director Rian Johnson will be doing with the next film, but Abram’s did say “Rian’s an amazing writer and director” and he is really excited about Episode VIII.
