INTO THE STORM Cast Talks Found Footage and Super Storms at SDCC

Tomorrow, Warner Brothers will release onto the world a super storm in the form of their latest found-footage disaster film, Into The Storm. At San Diego Comic-Con, Jessica Chobot sat down with cast members Jon Reep, Matt Walsh and Sarah Wayen Callies to find out what it was like to improvise some of the major action scenes, how difficult it was to react to floating tennis balls used as tornado stand-ins, and what natural disaster they fear most.

For the uninitiated, Into The Storm follows the journey of a group of high school students, storm chasers and thrill-seekers as they document the events and aftermath of a devastating tornado. However, it soon becomes apparent to them that the worst is far from over. Also starring Richard Armitage and directed by Steven Quale, Into the Storm looks like a ton of end-of-the-summer fun (there are fire tornadoes, guys!).

Don’t miss all the found-footage thrills when Into The Storm hits theaters tomorrow.
