Looking to waste a lot of time? Here you go: The World’s Biggest Pac-Man Game, built by Soap Creative to show off HTML5’s capabilities in the new Internet Explorer 9 (although it works in some other browsers; in my checking, it does not work with IE8, works with Chrome, and is slow in Firefox).
It was shown off at the Microsoft MIX11 conference in Vegas last week, and while I was in Vegas at the same time, I was across town, so I didn’t catch this until now. But there are a ridiculous number of mazes to complete, so this’ll be going for quite some time. And you’ll play it, because it’s nearly impossible to resist.
So click here and play it already. You know you want to.

Does _not_ work in Firefox4 on Windows XP, though.
Seems to work just fine in Firefox 4.
I see thousands of productive work hours being wasted in office cubicals across the globe.
Dam I wish I didn’t work in an open office environment!
Having wasted much of my disposable income in that era on Pac-Man, I knew that. I blame this cold/flu thing. Fixed, and thanks.
Part of me says “Whoa – that’s pretty cool…”
The other part says “Wait – it’s supposed to be Inky, Blinky, PINKY and Clyde…”
I got a pocket full of quarters, and I’m headed to the arcade.
I don’t have a lot of money, but I’m bringing everything I made.
I’ve got a callus on my finger, and my shoulder’s hurting too.
I’m gonna eat them all up, just as soon as they turn blue
I got pac man fever! Drvining Me crazy!
