Guillermo del Toro Visits MICKEY AND THE ROADSTER RACERS in Exclusive Clip

Disney Junior‘s Mickey and the Roadster Races might be geared to a younger audience, but no matter your age, or whether you love watching the show with your own little Mouseketeers or if you normally prefer kid un-friendly monster movies, you’ll want to tune in to this week’s episode. It will feature a very unexpected guest star, someone who would fit right in at Disney World’s Haunted Mansion ride: director Guillermo del Toro. And we have your exclusive first look at his very special appearance in a role he was born to play.

In the episode, titled “Goof Mansion,” Goofy can only inherit his uncle’s huge home by spending a night there with his friends. But not just any night—Halloween night! And as though that isn’t spooky enough, some of the gang begins to go missing while there. This clip introduces his uncle’s mysterious business partner Mr. Talbot, voiced by Guillermo del Toro, who tells Goofy about the mansion.

Will Mr. Talbot try to scare them out of accepting the challenge to save them from a haunted house, or does he have more nefarious motivations to keep the mansion away from Goofy? For that you’ll have to tune in. And with Guillermo del Toro involved you won’t have to be scared about explaining why you’re watching a children’s cartoon by yourself.

Mickey and the Roadster Racers’ “Goof Mansion” premieres On Friday, October 5th at 9:30 A.M. E.T on the Disney Channel.

Would you be frightened of an animated Guillermo del Toro? Garsh, we’d love to hear what you think in the comments below.
