As much as we’d love to say Marvel is kicking the ass of all comers on both the big and small screen, we can’t deny that when it comes to consistency in the television realm, DC handily has the title of best comic-book series in the form The CW’s Arrow and The Flash. Since kicking off their third and first seasons respectively this past October, both shows have delivered non-stop entertainment, which has only increased tenfold since returning a few weeks ago. Now back in the groove, The CW has unveiled some new clips for both shows we have a feeling you’re going to have a keen interest in checking out.

First we have a clip from thus Tuesday’s Flash that features Barry having a wonderful pow-wow with a new lovely lady at a bar we have a feeling is about to play a significant role in his life:

Aw, Barry’s lack of game is truly adorable, and makes us not feel so bad about having none of our own. [Editor’s Note: Speak for yourself, dude.]

In addition to that, we also have this amazing clip from the next episode of Arrow, but be warned that it does feature a potentially jaw-dropping spoiler for all the Malcolm Merlyn fans out there:

Whoa… so does this mean we’re about to see a Merlyn/Team Arrow team-up in the final part of the Brick trilogy? It’s hard to say, but we do know this episode’s going to feature the return of Oliver to Starling City, so anything’s possible.

The Flash airs Tuesdays and Arrow airs Wednesdays, both at 8/7c on The CW.
