Grab your flashlight, find a blanket to hide under, and prepare to explore the unknown with Jessica Chobot (Nerdist News) and Andrew Bowser (director of Monster Machine and The Terror Twins). They’re launching a podcast all about scares: Bizarre States. The content may be frightening, but luckily the hosts are not.
Chobot and Bowser will cover everything from weird to creepy to the macabre. Stories about haunted houses? They’ve got that. Tales of chilling government conspiracies? They’ve got those, too. They’ll discuss otherworldly news and their personal experiences with the unknown every other Thursday. Think of it as Supernatural for your ears.
Listeners can add to the discussion by sharing scary stories that will eventually by read by Chobot and Bowser on air. If you have a terrifying tale, email it to [email protected], and don’t forget to keep up with the latest releases and paranormal activity from Bizarre States on Facebook and Twitter.
Stay tuned because Bizarre States is coming your way. The podcast, not actual bizarre states… or are they?!
I keep checking back daily for new episodes. Do you have a potential upload schedule so I can tell my brain to calm down.

For people looking for it on iTunes, it’s literally under “Spooky S#@” …”Shit,” will get you no where, which is coincidentally a good rule of thumb for life in general, I suppose.
