Maisie Williams Will Be Her GAME OF THRONES Sister Sophie Turner’s Bridesmaid

“When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.” That was the lesson of the greatest man who ever lived, Ned Stark, imparted upon his children. The warning really hit home for his oldest daughter during season seven on Game of Thrones. But even beyond their roles of Sansa and Arya is this lesson impacting the lives and relationships of actress Sophie Turner and her screen sister and friend Maisie Williams. How do we know? Well, it turns out that Turner, who got engaged this past autumn, has just asked Williams to be a bridesmaid in her wedding.

We came across this delightful news at Mashable, and it came from an interview conducted by the Radio Times, who asked Williams if she was working on getting “a role” as bridesmaid for Turner’s upcoming nuptials to Joe Jonas. Turns out she’s already nabbed the part, which doesn’t surprise us because we know they’re close. As loyal bannermen to House Stark, the official news still warms our hearts.

But if you’re eagerly awaiting wedding photos of them together, Williams says the couple is waiting until the final season of Game of Thrones is completed before they start planning. Which is smart, because they’ll want to make sure they get it right since this will be the first time a member of House Stark is present for one of Sansa’s weddings. (You can’t really count Three-Eyed Raven Bran as “being” at her wedding to Ramsay in Winterfell.)

Ned might not have been talking about nuptials, but he would have told his daughters weddings are always better when the whole pack celebrates together.

What should Williams insist Turner includes in her wedding? Should Joe Jonas have to cloak her? Should it be held in front of a weirwood? Tell us your best suggestions in the comments below.
