It took the Night King seven seasons to get by the Wall so he could march on the Seven Kingdoms, but you won’t have to wait anywhere near as long for him to invade your home next. Because Funko has already announced he is getting his very own, dragon-riding Pop figure, and it looks amazing.
The latest addition to Funko’s Game of Thrones line might be its best, with the White Walker leader sitting atop a blue-eyed, resurrected Viserion. Daenerys’s fallen child also sports tattered wings and and an “all-new frosty color.” Am I crazy or does this version of the dead dynamic duo look more intense and terrifying than they did on the show?
I think what really makes these two scarier than the “real’ ones is the laser-focus of Funko’s Night King, who looks angrier here than he did during the season seven finale. It probably doesn’t hurt that he isn’t the size of a blue peanut compared to Viserion.
So when will you be able to have them fly into your home? When else? The Night King and Viserion are coming this winter. Although, don’t expect them to help you with any snow shoveling or melting the ice in your gutters. We still aren’t sure if wight Viserion breathes a blue flame or ice.
Where do you think this new Night King and Viserion Pop figure ranks among Funko’s Game of Thrones line? Knock down the wall to our comments section below and fly in with your thoughts.
