Gal Gadot and Patty Jenkins Have a Charades Battle on THE TONIGHT SHOW

The blockbuster success of Wonder Woman has proven Gal Gadot and director Patty Jenkins make a great team. Perhaps that’s why Jimmy Fallon separated them on The Tonight Show when he invited them to play charades. Fallon claimed Gadot as his partner while Jenkins joined forces with The Roots‘ Tariq Trotter for a few rounds of the game. After seeing this video, we’re pretty convinced Jenkins and Gadot would have destroyed Fallon and Trotter if they had been teamed together.

The proof is in the video. It took Fallon just under twelve seconds to guess Gadot’s phrase was Shakira’s “Hips Don’t Lie,” and it took even less time for Trotter to decipher Jenkins’ clue about The Karate Kid. But when it came time for Fallon and Trotter to pantomime the films The Mighty Ducks and Twilight, it was a spectacular failure. Plus, we’re pretty sure Trotter needs to brush up on his monsters. The last clue featured Jenkins and Gadot simultaneously trying to convey The Tokens’ classic, “The Lion Sleeps Tonight,” which allowed Fallon to edge out a win for his team.

Gadot was previously a guest on Fallon’s charades segment back in October of last year, and he probably wanted her back on his team because she almost instantly guessed It from Fallon’s gestures. For that round, Miley Cyrus was Trotter’s partner. Note that this was the very first time that Gadot had ever played charades, and she did pretty well!

What do you think about Jenkins and Godot’s game of charades. We’re not mind-readers, so share your comments below!
