Funko Introduces New DC and Marvel “Dorbz” Vinyl Collection at Toy Fair 2015!

Funko‘s line of wobbly-headed characters from pop culture are well known in the geekosphere, but now they’ve brought us new adorable things to covet. And when I say “adorable” I actually mean adorbs. The new line of vinyl toys from Funko’s Vinyl Sugar line are called “Dorbz” and will feature all the characters you know and love.

Characters from DC Comics and Marvel smiled from behind glass cases in Funko’s booth at this year’s Toy Fair. They come in miniature (too cute), medium (super cute) and deluxe (we almost fell over), and are gorgeous representations of superheroes from X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers, Deadpool, and Batman, Robin and all their villains.

We hear that Disney is also joining the line, though we didn’t see them on the shelves. Given how much we love all the other iterations of Frozen and, most recently, Cinderella, we’re looking forward to seeing what they come up with for any additional characters they add to the line. The Walking Dead, Ghostbusters, Back to the Future and more also made appearances at Toy Fair from the Vinyl Idolz line. A little taller and thinner, these are also gorgeous collectibles for any pop culture enthusiast.

And while we sometimes steer clear of lady hero and villain statues of all makes and models (at least this writer does), the new Vinyl Vixens line that Vinyl Sugar had on display were dreamy. Standing on their pedestals, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, and Harley Quinn exuded sheer sass. These are available at Hot Topic.

Disney wasn’t completely left out of Funko’s lineup at Toy Fair this year. There were gigantic Olafs and Elsas to pose with, and the cutest Funko glass slipper complete with a mouse friend next to Cinderella.

Autistic as an insult? Dude…autistim is diagnosed by the inability to be socially appropriate in public. And somehow neurotypical people like yourself tend to fit this description more accurately.
