Funko Announces POP! Vinyl Figures For ARROW & THE FLASH

Attention, all you fans out there of the CW’s powerhouse DC Comics duo of Arrow and The Flash   – Funko, the company that produces those adorable little Pop! vinyl figures of characters from all across pop culture, have unveiled the latest additions to their army of cuteness, and its characters from both of the hit DC Comics inspired shows. Included in the initial line-up of figures are Stephen Amell’s Arrow/Oliver Queen, with and without his signature hood, Black Canary, and Deathstroke.

Over on the Central City side of things, we’ve got the Flash, the Reverse-Flash, and Captain Cold. Apart from the cute (and slightly creepy?) Hello Kitty-like mouthless Pop! vinyl figures, Funko is also adding Arrow and The Flash characters as part of their Re-Action series of action figures, which are sculpted to resemble the old school action figures produced in the early 1980’s for properties like Star Wars and Super Powers, from long gone companies like Kenner Toys. In fact, the Re-Action logo is even made to resemble the old Kenner Toys logo (may it rest in peace.)

The characters from Arrow and The Flash join the seemingly endless list of characters from all areas of popular culture than Funko has the license to. Seriously, Funko has the license to everyone and everything; they probably even have the license to your face and you just didn’t realize it yet. The Flash and Arrow Pop! vinyl figures are due to hit stores in May, with the Re-Action figures coming out later in July.
