Fright Rags Debuts Three Damn Fine Tees Inspired by TWIN PEAKS

In case you didn’t know, this week marks the release of Twin Peaks: The Entire Mystery, collecting David Lynch’s often surreal, frequently odd, and sometimes outright brilliant serial mystery on Blu-ray.

To commemorate the release, the folks at Fright Rags have put together a trio of shirts inspired by the show, and why doesn’t Bob have his own shirt?! You’re slipping Fright Rags, you’re slipping.

Anyway, let’s take a look at the three new designs.

“Damn Fine Coffee”

First up, we have Agent Cooper (Kyle Maclachlan) with a (damn) fine cup of joe. Also, there’s an owl. It’s not the strongest design, but if you want the taciturn “Fed” on your shirt, you could do worse.

Of course, if you want to go full-tilt weird, there’s this image featuring the dancing dwarf from the series’ surreal dream sequences. Check out the detail in the bunched curtains behind him.

“The Owls Are Not What They Seem”

Finally, we have this last design, which Fright Rags promises is full of secret imagery from the show. I see some signs and sigils around Agent Cooper and Major Briggs’ campsite, but nothing Bob-related. Still, this might be the most intriguing shirt of the lot. Oh, and it glows in the dark.

We’ve spotlighted some of Fright Rags tees in the past, in particular their slasher/comic mashups from earlier this year.

On the offhand chance you’re a David Lynch fan and haven’t spent your money on Twin Peaks: The Complete Mystery (Kyle has a fine write-up of the set here), you should possibly-maybe do that.

In the last shirt the owl’s wings are eyes, the branches teeth, making a sinister face – there’s your Bob.
