You’re Definitely Gonna Dig FREE FIRE’s ‘70s-tastic New Poster (Exclusive)

You’re Definitely Gonna Dig FREE FIRE’s ‘70s-tastic New Poster (Exclusive)

If you didn’t spend this past weekend at the Nerdist Backyard Bash in Austin for SXSW, then you’re probably feeling some pretty intense residual FOMO today. Just think of all the awesome food, games, and celebrities you didn’t get to check out! Heck, the stars and director of the upcoming  action movie Free Fire — Sharlto Copley, Armie Hammer, and Ben Wheatley — even stopped by on Sunday, and all of us stuck at home totally missed it.

But! If you’re as hype for Wheatley’s trigger-happy flick as we are (and if you’re not just yet, be sure to read our review from the Toronto International Film Festival last fall) then there are plenty of ways to celebrate your excitement that don’t involve seeing Armie Hammer’s handsomeness in the flesh. For example: why not pick up one of these stylish ’70s-inspired posters from Mondo to display in your home?

The groovy poster was designed by graphic design wizard Jay Shaw, and will be available on April 21, the same day that Free Fire opens nationwide. And while this baby might not feature any of the actors’s faces, it does feature the most important player of the entire movie, a.k.a. a big ol’ honkin’ gun.

While you’re over at Mondo’s website learning more about how to preorder this sweet, sweet wall art, be sure to check out the rest of their gorgeous poster collection, too. Will you be nabbing this one for yourself? Let us know about it in the comments!
