On this week’s edition of Black Dynamite Teaches a Hard Way on the Nerdist Channel, BD confronts wrestler and MMA fighter Josh Barnett for flinging his milkshake to the ground. And while BD’s finishing move may be, as Josh protests, “completely unnecessary,” it’s fitting nonetheless.
