FEAR THE WALKING DEAD Teaser Shows Zombies’ Aquatic Talent

The mid-season premiere of The Walking Dead proved that they are not messing around the with the second half of season six. Its companion show, Fear the Walking Dead, wants to follow in those footsteps, as you can see by this new teaser.

In the season one finale, Strand reveals to Nick that the “Abigail” he had been referring to throughout their escape was not a person, but a yacht he has anchored off the coast of his beachfront home. It looked like there was a chance for some sort of escape from the zombie apocalypse. If Alexandria has taught us anything, it’s that survival, not escape, is what matters. This 15-second teaser showed zombies walking onto shore from the water. So that means one of two things: zombies can now swim, or can walk under water. This just proves that in this world, no matter how hard or far you run, you will just have to run more. There were also some glimpses of characters holding guns to one another. Since this is the Walking Dead universe, that’s just what they call “Tuesday.”

Fear the Walking Dead, starring Kim Dickens, Cliff Curtis, Frank Dillane, and Alycia Debnam-Carey, premieres April 10th on AMC.

So what do you think? Are you excited for season 2 of Fear the Walking Dead? Are you angry now you now have to worry about sharks AND zombies when going swimming? Let me know on Twitter or sound off in the comments below.
