With E3 just around the corner, gamers are champing at the bit for the next crop of jaw-dropping games. Yet more than the Fallout 4s and the Rise of the Tomb Raiders of the world, gamers seem most excited to play Batman: Arkham Knight. Well, fortunately, you can make the wait a little bit easier with the excellent digital-first prequel comic from DC Comics, the aptly-titled Batman: Arkham Knight.
Written by Peter J. Tomasi and featuring art by Ig Guara, Julio Ferreira, and Andrew Dalhouse, Batman: Arkham Knight will lead directly into the events of the game. So, if you don’t want to go in as blind as a bat, it’s in your best interest to read up. On Friday, the seventeenth chapter will hit digital store shelves, and it finds the Dark Knight in over his head — quite literally. When Batman is trapped underground with Bane and Poison Ivy, it’s going to take every ounce of strength, strategy, and savvy to fight his way back to the surface.
