Emergency Awesome’s Spoiler-Free AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON REVIEW

Most of the 400 people who attended our Ultimate Marvel Marathon the other week are still in recovery mode (myself included). At least one person was able to push through the exhaustion and give us his take on what will most certainly be the biggest movie of the summer, Age of Ultron (calm down, Star Wars fans, I said SUMMER).

From Nerdist Alliance Partner Emergency Awesome, here is Charlie Schneider’s Spoiler-Free review of the movie. Without giving anything away, Charlie breaks down how this movie differs from the first Avengers movie, and in some ways exceeds the first film. He also gives analysis on this film’s focus on character rather than action. Don’t be scared, fellow Marvelites, there is plenty of action on AoU to go around. Having attended the marathon screening, seeing all the films back-to-back, Charlie also gives some insight as to how well this movie fits into the rest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The fact that he was able to post a coherent and thoughtful critique of the film (spoiler-free, mind you) the day after watching 29 hours of Marvel movies in a row is kudos enough to give his video a watch.

If you liked this video, and want to see more, you can check out Emergency Awesome’s YouTube page here. They post reviews of Game of Thrones, Arrow, Flash, and S.H.I.E.L.D., as well as top 5 lists, etc.

Did you guys like the review? Are you even more excited for Age of Ultron? Who would win in a fight? Ultron or Raymond Reddington? Let me know on Twitter or in the comments below.
