Drool Over This THE HOBBIT: THE DESOLATION OF SMAUG Concept Art

By now, you’ve likely seen Peter Jackson’s dragon-and-Legolas-doing-parkour-filled The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, and whether you enjoyed it or not, it’s hard to deny that it looked damn pretty. Now, artist Andrew Baker, a creature and character designer at Weta Workshop, has shared some of his incredible creature design work on his blog, and there are some seriously gorgeous images of everything from Smaug to the spiders of the Mirkwood and more. And don’t even get me started on how badass Beorn’s bear-form looks.
