“Doctor Who” Lands on Entertainment Weekly Cover…AGAIN

Not even a year since it happened the first time, Matt Smith will again grace the front part of Entertainment Weekly in not one, but TWO variant covers. One depicts Smith and new companion Jenna-Louise Coleman with a Dalek and the TARDIS looking in the background; the other has Smith and a newer-style Cyberman doing some sort of tandem limbo dance.

The issue is a celebration of 50 years of Doctor Who and apparently has scoops on the new half-series as well. Maybe something about the anniversary special? Who’s to say? Well, us when we read it. That issue hits shelves on Friday, March the 22nd.

And, as we’re sure everyone knows at this point, the mid-series premiere is Saturday, March 30th at 8pm E/P followed by Orphan Black and The Nerdist.
