    Hands down the weeping angels

  2. Lina says:

    Hands down, the weeping angels.

  3. Lisa says:

The Weeping Angels, because I have no real way to fight them.

  4. Ian says:

I think that the silence are the scariest, when you see one no matter how many times you see it you experience pure unadulterated terror for the first time. I like to think turning away from the silence is like waking up from a nightmare you don’t remember. Your adrenaline is pumping you are sweaty heart racing, and an impending sense of doom but you have no idea why you feel that way.

  5. 16x9 says:

    “The Family of Blood”

  6. Patrick says:

So many great WHOniverse monsters to choose from… I kinda like the Weeping Angels because of the ubiquitous presence of statues.

  7. KTina says:

Weeping Angels. Holy poop on a stick. I still get freaked out by the first weeping angels episode. Just… why? Why?

Thanks to the Doctor I will always be scared of angel statues.

    MOOOOOOFFFFFAAAAAAT.

  8. Carmen says:

I by far am most thrilled by the Midnight Entity because so little is known of this being. What scared me the most was the fact, that the doctor never heard of it before and never spoke of it afterwards…

  9. Pamela says:

Till recently I would of said the daleks because they are out to exterminate all other life. But have to admit the whole idea that you wouldn’t be able to remember the silence once you look away just took things to a whole new level of creepy!

  10. Jake Tokich says:

The doctor who monster that scares me the most is the angels. They attack when you aren’t looking. Reminds me of stories of the boogeyman.

  11. Richard says:

The silent, because I may have even seen one before,.. and I’d never know.

  12. Chad Stoos says:

Vashta Nerada. Killer dust. Not even a Swifter will stop them!

  13. Eric veldey says:

I think the cyber men creep me out the most because they’re made of people

  14. Kasey says:

The silence definitely creeped me out the most. The thought of not being able to remember them really freaked me out.

  15. Elena Roveda says:

The Cybermen. They were normal human beings and then they became a sort of terrifying and militarized tins. Without emotions, ideas or just imagination.

  16. Making me narrow it down to one?? Nu!Who, it’s got to be the Weeping Angels as so many above have pointed out. Classic, I’d say probably that giant plant in The Green Death (I think that’s what it’s called?), because you can’t reason with a giant plant.
