With only a month to go before Christmas, that also means there’s only a month to go before this year’s Doctor Who Christmas special, written by Steven Moffat and directed by Saul Metzstein (“Dinosaurs on a Spaceship” and “A Town Called Mercy”). Entitled “The Snowmen,” the special takes place in Victorian times and will see Jenna-Louise Coleman officially join the Doctor as companion. It also has members of the Doctor’s “A Good Man Goes to War” army, Richard E. Grant as the villain, and some scary-ass, Jack Frost-style creatures as the titular villains. Here’s some pictures from the BBC to get you more excited.
“The Snowmen” will air on BBC America December 25th at 9pm Eastern and Pacific.
I really love the way you discuss this kind of topic..\.
I must say, I am excited for this new companion. The Ponds were wearing thin.
You are joking right? Please say yes. Also, didn’t Strax die in ” A Good Man Goes to War”?
I guess she has plenty of time to film Dr. Who episodes, now that she’s ditched Justin Bieber.
