For those of you playing along at home, there are only 12 days until Christmas. If you’re like me and haven’t done any shopping yet, this is the weekend to leap into action. There’s still time for shipments to arrive, and stores or malls will be marginally less crowded than they will be the weekend before the holiday. Trust me. If you have any cosplayers on your shopping list and need some last minute solutions, remember that gift cards to craft, fabric, and hardware stores are always welcome. Going that route might seem impersonal, but it’s easier than tracking down the exact right texture of fabric or giving the cosplayer in your life piles of EVA foam mats.
