Next week’s episode of Community is special because it will be the type of episode that has given Dan Harmon and company the reputation of doing one of the most hilarious, innovative, experimental shows on network TV to date. This episode will be animated ala the classic cartoon G.I. Joe, and will take all the meta-style twist and turns that you’ve come to obsess over and help Community remain on NBC’s programming slate.

In fact, at PaleyFest this week, Dan Harmon and the cast of Community made several remarks that echoed the idea that it would be weird if the show didn’t get a sixth season.
