Comic-Con 2013’s Anti-Bullying Panel

Comic-ConLogoComic-Con 2013 hosted its first annual Anti-Bullying panel, moderated by Carrie Goldman, author of “Bullied: What Every Parent, Teacher, and Kid Needs to Know About Ending the Cycle of Fear.” The topic is both, you know, “ripped out of today’s headlines” and something that many of us involved in nerd culture have experienced, so it couldn’t be timelier. On the panel: writers Jane Espenson and Brad Bell, Ashley Eckstein. Fan TV’s Jenna Busch, author Bonnie Burton, actress Chase Masterson (Leeta on DS9). and Cartoon Network’s Alice Cahn.
