April is almost here, and you know what that means? It means the second season of last yearâs nerdy break-out hit is almost here as well. Orphan Black, the little Canadian sci-fi series that could, has had viewers salivating for more after the big twist about the âownershipâ of the clones and the abduction of Sarahâs daughter, Kira. Now with the April premiere only a few weeks away, the marketing campaign is ramping up quickly. First we got a new instagram teaser thanks to BBC America, and today, we get two more of those and a brand new teaser (with some new footage) thanks to the showâs Canadian broadcaster, Space:
So much excellence here. We got some dudes in suits, (self?) medication, Sarah running after someone, more Rachel, Alison being abducted… this is all waaay too much cloney goodness at once.
At this past winterâs TCA conference, show creators Graeme Manson and John Fawcett promised viewers that they have the showâs arc planned out at least through season three. This new footage would imply they were telling the truth, because this is far too much juicy insanity to be done on the fly.
Weâll know for sure when Orphan Black premieres Saturday, April 19th at 9/8c on BBC America and Space.
Now, where did I leave my copy of Big Boob Blowies?
Just finished the show in the past week. This show was fantastic. O_O can’t wait for more.
So good. Cannot wait for season 2 to start. And it starts around when new Game of Thrones starts so TV will be good.
