CC:Studios Releasing Their First Movie JASON NASH IS MARRIED

Comedy Central’s digital arm CC:Studios has done quite nicely ever since its launch. With several solid web series under their belt, including This Is Not Happening with Ari Shaffir, which just got picked up to be an actual TV series, CC:Studios is now set to release their first full-length feature film. From the looks of this first release, Jason Nash Is Married, it would seem they made an excellent choice.

Jason Nash Is Married is actually adapted from a great web series of the same name created by, as you might have guessed, comedian Jason Nash. For the uninitiated, it’s very much like Curb Your Enthusiasm, except that Nash plays a version of himself that isn’t extremely wealthy or has the reputation of Seinfeld to ride on. This trailer should paint this lovely satirical picture clearly for you.

While watching the trailer, you probably noticed that many your favorite comedy stars make guest appearances. Andy Richter, Rob Corddry, Nick Swardson, David Koechner, Andy Daly, Busy Phillips, Casey Wilson, TJ Miller, Patton Oswalt, Paul Scheer, Paul F. Tompkins, H. Jon Benjamin, Matt Walsh, Mary Lynn Rajskub, and Andrea Savage make for one hell of an ensemble supporting cast in Jason Nash Is Married. Gathering a cast like that usually would take some sort of benefit TV special. Yet, they’re all wonderfully under the roof of one film.

Jason Nash Is Married, presented by CC:Studios, will roll out June 24th on Amazon Instant Video, Vimeo on Demand, and iTunes for the nice price of $4.99 to rent and $9.99 to buy. If you can’t wait for June (which I completely understand), you can get a pre-order in here.
