Has there been a distinct lack of raiding, pillaging, and people rolling the name “Ragnar Lothbrok” around their mouth like a fine bordeaux? Well, that is about to change because History’s seriously excellent Vikings makes its triumphant second season return on Thursday, February 27th at 10 PM ET. To help get you in the axe-wielding spirit, History has unveiled two brand new Vikings clips for your viewing pleasure, and believe me when I say they’ll take you to visual Valhalla.

The premiere finds Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) and King Horik (Donal Logue) joining forces against Jarl Borg. Unfortunately for Ragnar, Borg is joined by Rollo (Clive Standen) for a vicious Viking battle that pits brother against brother.

And we also have a juicy clip of Rollo going head-to-head with the wiry, craftiest Viking around, Floki (Gustaf Skarsgård)

And just in case you missed it, here’s the trailer for Vikings, Season 2.
