One of the most anticipated titles of the new generation, Destiny, will release on September 9, 2014. The news was broken on Bungie’s blog earlier today, confirming that the game will launch globally on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, by way of Activision publishing. This comes after Bungie took the opportunity to express their towering ambition for their new title.
“We said we wanted to change the way people play games together,” Bungie’s post reads. “We set our bar high. For us, Destiny represents a once in a lifetime opportunity.”
There’s also a beta set to take place sometime in the summer of 2014, available exclusively on the PS3 and PS4 first for a short amount of time.
