One of the many reasons everyone loves Black Panther is its incredible cast, who have such tremendous chemistry both onscreen and off. The group just put another smile on our face by doing some impromptu karaoke together, singing the classic R&B song “All My Life.”
Lupita Nyong’o shared the clip of her, costars Chadwick Boseman and Michael B. Jordan, and director Ryan Coogler breaking out into a rendition of the 1997 song by K-Ci & Jojo while they were promoting Black Panther in Seoul, South Korea for V LIVE. It’s not exactly clear what set this group singalong off, but that makes it even better. We’d like to imagine this kind of stuff just happened randomly on set all the time.

It’s one thing to remember the words to a song that’s over two decades old, but the fact they all knew exactly how to hit the high note on “too-oooo” is particularly outstanding. And in a world where Carpool Karaoke is so popular, all we’re thinking of now is a spin-off where the cast of Black Panther sits around singing old hits for no reason other than to make us smile.
Which of the Black Panther stars do you think has the best pipesâLupita? Michael? Chadwick? Or is Coogler the ringer of the bunch? And what ’90s hits would you most want to hear the Black Panther cast sing next? Step up to the mic and give us your top song selection in our comments below.
