Ted White is a legendary Hollywood stuntman and actor who “doubled” for John Wayne, Clark Gable, Cary Grant, and acted in scores of classic films. He also drove stunts at 100 miles per hour in Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift when he was 84 years old. Let’s face it, he’s cooler than all of us combined. Enjoy!

Ted White, Stunt Legend
Ted White, Stunt Legend
I like this podcast in general, but this episode was fantastic. I was amazed by the fact, that I’d seen pretty much every movie that was talked about in this show. It’s often very interesting to hear from the people who aren’t usually in the limelight, no matter how important they were for the whole process.
Thanks for yet another great episode, please keep it up!
I don’t understand why this podcast doesn’t receive more attention. Tom is a fantastic storyteller and he has really interesting guests. Chris, if you’re reading this, could you please have Tom on Nerdist Podcast again? I feel like Big Pop Fun is the red-headed stepchild of Nerdist Industries and it’s not fair, man.
Wow…just wow. You’re podcast is always so amazing and awesome! Thank you for this!
Ted White has some fantastic stories including the one about filming the rhino scene from Hatari: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fEUL9jKZuGQ
Great podcast Tom! I could listen to the stories of Ted White for hours. I love your interviews of the Hollywood’s blue collar guys. I think you have really found your podcast voice!
Ditto.
