Bethesda to Host Another E3 Press Conference

We’re barely into the second month of the year and there’s already E3 news.

Bethesda-Showcase-02012016

Bethesda announced that they will be hosting an E3 showcase for the second year in a row, the Sunday before the expo’s festivities begin. The event will begin at 7 P.M. PST on June 12. No other information has been shared at the moment, but expect more news to trickle out within the next five months leading up to the show. Alongside the reveal, the above promotional image was also released.

I suspect we’ll be seeing more Doom, Dishonored 2, and the upcoming Fallout 4 DLC–assuming none of there games launch before E3. There could also be surprise announcements, but your guess on what that could be is as good as mine (Brink 2?). I trust there’s plenty to reveal if Bethesda is announcing a conference this early in the new year.

Last year’s inaugural Bethesda conference was a big success: The company debuted plenty of footage for the highly anticipated titles Doom and Fallout 4, so everyone watching the keynote in person and at home was very pleased with the showing.

With EA announcing that they are hosting EA Play leading up to the biggest event in the video game industry, our E3 schedule is already starting to look fairly busy. It’s going to be an exciting year, indeed.

What do you guys think about this news? What games do you expect to make an appearance at the showcase? Does Bethesda have a secret game to reveal? Is it too soon for E3 news? Let us know in the comments below.
