Attention Shoppers: Jelly Belly Scented Pillows Are Now a Thing

When you head into a Costco to go shopping, it’s inevitable that you see people lounging about on the patio furniture, couches, and armchairs. You know people buy those showroom floor samples, right? Gross.

The lure of comfort is just too good when you’re wandering miles of aisles in a big box store. How can you resist the enjoyment and convenience of a mattress right next to a five-pound can of tuna? Shopping is exhausting.

Well, now, Costco just made temptation even worse, as customers have gone crazy for the new Jelly Belly-scented pillows. These pillows come in a two-pack for the low, low price of just $9.99. The image of dancing Jelly Bellys cover the “soft, microfiber cover infused with a fun scent” that comes in three colors: orange, red, and green and the pillows are said to smell just like the real thing.

Jelly Belly-scented products are nothing new for the brand, as they’ve made everything from Jelly Belly-scented nail polish, to bubbles, and even school stationery. With the addition of these new pillows, it takes Jelly Belly essence to a whole new level. If you’ve always wanted a Willy Wonka candy-themed bedroom, this product is for you.

Shoppers can’t seem to resist the sweet cushions when strolling down the aisles, luckily Costco was wise and packaged the pillows in traditional “for your protection” plastic, with one small caveat: there’s a tiny hole for you to smell away all you want. One little squeeze and Jelly Belly aroma is within your nasal grasp. As Twitter can attest, it’s almost too good to be true:

Sweet dreams, indeed.
