Do you watch Game of Thrones? I watch Game of Thrones, heck, even my mom watches Game of Thrones! Whether they’re a genre fan or not, pretty much everyone I know watches the HBO television series based on George R.R. Martin’s epic fantasy novels. Everyone, it seems, except this very confused TMZ camera man. Here at Nerdist, we don’t deal much in gossip and paparazzi. However, this video was so funny we felt like we needed to share it. Even TMZ themselves admitted to getting totally owned and having a good laugh about it.

Recently football player Michael Sam arrived at LAX with his fiancé and was immediately accosted by a pap who was relentlessly asking questions about when and where Sam would be getting married. Sam proceeded to explain that he was going to be getting married in Westeros, “where the Iron Throne is.” The paparazzo didn’t catch on at all and what followed were two minutes of epic hilarity with Sam exclaiming, “Westeros, man! Everyone knows what Westeros is!” Sam later explained that, while Oprah Winfrey would not be invited to the wedding, he did reveal that “Tyrion and Tywin Lannister are.”
