ASH VS. EVIL DEAD Invades New York Comic Con 2015

Starz is bringing the Boomstick to New York Comic Con next month! In addition to a panel for the highly anticipated Ash vs. Evil Dead series, Starz is bringing the show to life at the Inner Roadway!

The Ash vs. Evil Dead experience at the Inner Roadway will include replicas of Ash’s trailer and his iconic chainsaw. On Saturday, October 10, Bruce Campbell, and his fellow cast members Lucy Lawless, Ray Santiago, and Dana DeLorenzo will drop by the Ash vs. Evil Dead experience for a limited autograph session. Fans who visit the experience on Thursday and Friday can enter raffles to win tickets to that autograph event and other prizes.

But the real fireworks are going to come later on Saturday at the Hammerstein Ballroom as the cast joins showrunner Craig DiGregorio for an Ash vs. Evil Dead panel at 3pm. It’s pretty safe to assume that more footage and trailers from Ash vs. Evil Dead will make their premiere at NYCC before the series itself premieres on Saturday, October 31 on Starz.

Ash vs. Evil Dead marks the first time in twenty three years that Campbell has reprised his role as Ash Williams from the Evil Dead films and Army of Darkness. Starz has also released a new photo of Campbell as Ash with DeLorenzo as Kelly Maxwell, one of his new sidekicks.

Ash vs Evil Dead
Santiago is playing Pablo Simon Bolivar, Ash’s other new sidekick, while Lawless is portraying Ruby, a woman with a connection to the original Evil Dead movie who blames Ash for the return of the Deadites.

Nerdist readers, will you visit the Ash vs. Evil Dead experience at New York Comic Con? Start your chainsaws and let us know in the comment section below!
