Edgar Wright’s Ant-Man has another cast member: Matt Gerald will play one of the villains… plural. It’s not uncommon for Marvel films to have more than one bad guy, and though it’s not clear exactly who Gerald will be playing, it’s possible he’ll reprise his role from Marvel’s one-shot, All Hail the King. That’s right, Gerald has already appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Gerald’s character was known as White Power Dave. He played opposite Trevor Slattery (once known as the Mandarin) in Seagate Prison. White Power Dave doesn’t have a history in the comics, so there aren’t any clues there, and we don’t know why he’s in prison. However, as far as we know, White Power Dave is still alive and kicking, and could have a further role to play in the MCU. You can get a glimpse of him in the one-shot in this clip:
He joins an impressive cast, including Paul Rudd, Michael Peña, Patrick Wilson, Michael Douglas, and Evangeline Lilly. Ant-Man hits theaters on July 17, 2015.

Scott Lang spends sometime in prison before becoming Ant-man, so I guess that’s where they could come into contact if he’s playing the same character. Though maybe we’re looking at Crossfire or Taskmaster.

White power Dave could be the starting point for Master Man. The neo-Nazi Captain America.
He does look like he’d be a good fit for seminal Ant-Man villain Egghead.
