A Venture Bros. Coffee Table Book is On the Way for October

I’m guessing Dark Horse is going to continue their pretty successful run of producing high-quality art books. After their massive retrospective on the art of Final Fantasy artist Yoshitaka Amano and the fast-selling Hyrule Historia (good luck getting a copy of that when the book launched), October 22nd sees the publisher releasing The Art of the Venture Bros..

While Dark Horse didn’t provide a page count (Amazon is listing it as having 184 pages), they’re calling the release a “massive” coffee table book, filled with concept art, props, sketches, and commentary from series creators Jackson Publick and Doc Hammer for every season to date.

Comedian, actor, and Twitter champion Patton Oswalt will be providing a foreword for the book. Oswalt voiced emotionally-crippled superhero Wonderboy in the season 4 episode, “Self Medication.”

The Art of the Venture Bros. has a suggested retail price of $39.99, but you’ll probably be able to find it cheaper.
